See the Login Experience
Curious what your customers will see? This page explains the journey for each login method without diving into code or technical jargon.
How Login Me Now Works (At a Glance)
- Your customer chooses a login button (Email Link, Google, Facebook, etc.).
- Login Me Now checks that the customer is allowed to access your site.
- The customer is signed in and lands on the page you selected (Dashboard, My Account, Courses, and so on).
That’s it—no passwords to remember.
Email Magic Link
- Customers enter their email address on your login page.
- They instantly receive an email with a Log Me In button.
- Clicking the button opens your site in the same browser and signs them in automatically.
- You control how long each link stays valid (15 minutes, 1 hour, etc.).
Google or Facebook Login
- Customers click the Google or Facebook button.
- A pop-up from Google or Facebook asks them to confirm their account.
- After approval, Login Me Now creates or matches their WordPress user and brings them back to your site.
- You can choose the page they land on and the role they receive.
One-Click Browser Token
- Perfect for team members who use the Login Me Now browser extension.
- You issue each teammate a secure token from the dashboard.
- When they click the extension button, they’re taken straight into WordPress without typing credentials.
Temporary Login Links
- Ideal for granting short-term access to contractors, support agents, or clients.
- From the dashboard, create a link, choose how long it should work, and copy it to your clipboard.
- Share the link. When the timer runs out, the link stops working automatically.
Let customers know which login methods you’ve enabled and what to expect. A short help article or email announcement builds trust and reduces questions.
